2.3 Payment information – billing details provided by Customers, processed securely by third-party providers (Stellant does not store complete credit card details).
2.4 Communications – information Users provide when contacting support, sales, or other teams.
2.5 Communications Recordings – Recordings of telephone calls, video conferences, and other electronic communications between Users and Stellant staff for quality assurance, training, and service improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information

Performance of a Contract: To fulfill our contractual obligations to you (e.g., providing the Services, processing payments, providing support - Clauses 3.1, 3.2, 3.3).

3.5 To comply with legal obligations and ensure platform security.
3.6 Internal AI Model Training and Service Development. We use aggregated, anonymized, and de-identified Usage Information (defined in 2.2) to improve our algorithms, methodologies, and internal artificial intelligence (AI) models to enhance the overall quality and functionality of the Stellant Services.
3.7 Quality Assurance and Training. We record calls and electronic communications (defined in 2.5) for internal quality assurance, training, compliance, and to improve the delivery of our Support Services.
4. Sharing of Data
4.1 Stellant does not sell personal data.
4.2 Data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics) strictly for the purposes outlined in this Policy.
